The property's reception opening hours are: Summer: from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00 Winter: from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Security deposit required by credit card or bank transfer before or upon arrival. If arriving outside office hours, you must request instructions for online check-in and key collection from the secure key box at our office. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 per pet, per stay applies. Guests may not accommodate more people than the number stated in the reservation. Final cleaning: The rental price includes standard cleaning of the apartment after check-out, including changing the bed linen and towels and preparing the apartment for the next guest. This does not include leaving the apartment excessively dirty or untidy, leaving all dishes unwashed, failing to take out the rubbish, or moving furniture from its original position. If the apartment is not left in a normal condition, a minimum charge of €30 for additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Lost keys, remotes or cards: The replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the partial or total loss of the security deposit.
