Key collection: must be done at our office: Agencia Inmobiliaria Inftour C/ Jardín 3, Edificio Apolo 3, Local 2, 03710 Calpe (Alicante) Office hours: Summer: Mon–Fri, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 Winter: Mon–Fri, 09:00–14:00 and 16:00–18:00 Security deposit required: €150,- by credit card or bank transfer before or upon arrival. Late arrivals: If arriving outside office hours, you must request instructions for online check-in and key collection from the secure key box at our office. Please note that the house rules and accommodation information: Smoking and parties are not allowed at the property. Guests may not accommodate more people than the number stated in the reservation. Final cleaning: The rental price includes standard cleaning of the apartment after check-out, including changing the bed linen and towels and preparing the apartment for the next guest. This does not include leaving the apartment excessively dirty or untidy, leaving all dishes unwashed, failing to take out the rubbish, or moving furniture from its original position. If the apartment is not left in a normal condition, a minimum charge of €30 for additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit.
