Guests are required to collect their key from the property's office at Agencia Inmobiliaria Inftour C/ Jardín 3, Edificio Apolo 3, Local 2, 03710 Calpe. Please note that the reception working hours are as follows: Summer: from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Winter: from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 is required by credit card or bank transfer before or upon arrival. Guests arriving outside office hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their online check-in and key collection from a secure key box. House rules and accommodation information: Smoking and parties are not allowed at the property. Guests may not accommodate more people than the number stated in the reservation. Final cleaning: The rental price includes standard cleaning of the apartment after check-out, including changing the bed linen and towels and preparing the apartment for the next guest. This does not include leaving the apartment excessively dirty or untidy, leaving all dishes unwashed, failing to take out the rubbish, or moving furniture from its original position. If the apartment is not left in a normal condition, a minimum charge of €30 for additional cleaning may be deducted from the security deposit. Lost keys, remotes or cards: The replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the partial or total loss of the security deposit.
